Bambatsi is one of the oldest and first guest farms in Namibia, located 400 km north of Windhoek and a 2-hour drive from Etosha Park. Here, you can experience traditional "Südwester" coziness and way of life and enjoy the endless expanse, peace, and tranquility.
The "guest farm with a view" is situated on a hill at about 1234m and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding Mopane savannah. The pleasant climate invites you to take hikes in the surrounding mountains or Mopane forest for wildlife and bird watching all year round.
The comfortable bungalows with double beds, some with one or two additional beds, electric light, shower, and toilet offer a spectacular view of the sunsets from the terrace, bar, or pool while enjoying a delightful sundowner.
The hostess personally takes care of your culinary well-being with excellent German-Namibian cuisine. It is worth planning to stay for two or more nights at Bambatsi during your Namibia trip to experience both relaxing and exciting days.
Our guests can take day trips to Fingerklippe, Twyfelfontein, and the petrified forest on their own and return to the farm for afternoon coffee with homemade cake.

Experience the breathtaking African sunset from your own terrace while relaxing in generously furnished bungalows. Our 2-, 3-, and 4-bed bungalows offer all the comfort you need to forget about everyday life. Enjoy restful nights in our double beds and refresh yourself in the morning in the bathrooms with shower and running cold and hot water. Electricity is provided through German sockets and mosquito nets over the beds ensure an undisturbed sleep.

Welcome to the GIK campsite in Bambatsi! Here you will find a comfortable washroom with four separate bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet and shower including hot water. Our pitches offer plenty of privacy and are equipped with barbecue areas and enough shade to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
