Welcome to Bambatsi Guest Farm. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Reservations & Payments
To confirm a booking at Bambatsi Guest Farm, guests may choose one of the following payment options:
- Full Payment: Guests may pay the full amount at the time of booking.
- Deposit Payment: Guests may pay a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to arrival.
Bookings are only confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
2. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via the methods specified during the booking process. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.
3. Cancellation Policy
If a reservation needs to be cancelled, the following cancellation terms apply:
- 30 days before arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will be charged.
Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation fees.
4. Changes to Bookings
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Bambatsi Guest Farm reserves the right to treat significant changes as a cancellation and new booking.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: Guests may check in anytime after 10:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: Guests are required to check out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Early arrival before 10:00 may not always be possible, as accommodation units need to be prepared for incoming guests. Late departures after 10:00 must be arranged in advance and may be subject to availability.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Treat the property, rooms, and facilities with care.
- Respect other guests and the peaceful environment of the farm.
- Report any damages or issues immediately.
Guests may be held responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
7. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure guests’ safety and comfort, Bambatsi Guest Farm cannot be held responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Injuries sustained on the property due to negligence
- Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, power outages, or natural events)
8. Right of Admission
Bambatsi Guest Farm reserves the right of admission and may refuse service if these terms and conditions are not respected.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation and making payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
