To confirm a booking at Bambatsi Guest Farm, guests may choose one of the following payment options:
Bookings are only confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
Payments can be made via the methods specified during the booking process. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.
If a reservation needs to be cancelled, the following cancellation terms apply:
Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation fees.
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Bambatsi Guest Farm reserves the right to treat significant changes as a cancellation and new booking.
Early arrival before 10:00 may not always be possible, as accommodation units need to be prepared for incoming guests. Late departures after 10:00 must be arranged in advance and may be subject to availability.
